checkout to-do LIST

Below is a short To-Do List to take care of prior to your departure. Note that an additional cleaning fee may be taken out of your security deposit if any of the items below are left undone.

Start the dishwasher or wash all used dinnerware/silverware/cookware by hand — YOUR CHOICE. Leave to dry on the drying rack or in the dishwasher.
Clear the cupboards and refrigerator of all personal items
Put all used towels and beddings (except for the mattress & pillow protectors) in the laundry baskets
Take trash down to the proper bins in the garage. Roll bins out to the curb if SUNDAY night falls within your stay.
Put everything back in their original general location
