You have the foundation in place for your short-term-rental (STR); Now it needs that fine tuning to take it from cookie-cutter to stand-out listing. That’s where I come in; Sign up for a Fine Tuning Session and together, we’ll walk-through (video-chat OR in-person*) your rental to pin-point the areas that need tweaking, and hone in the vibe you’re trying to achieve. This 2-hour consultation is NOT meant as an all-in-one design-in-a-box solution I just hand over to you. What it does provide is a personalized roadmap of assessments designed to ease your decision-making when it comes to shopping, adjusting, and styling your home. With your conviction to flourish enhanced by my knowledge and experience as a successful STR Host, your vacation rental will distinguish itself in no time.

COST: $500

INCLUDES:

  • 2-Hour (Video-Chat or In-Home*) Walk-Through Consultation

  • Written Record of Walk-Through Assessments

  • 2x Emails Follow-Up to review changes implemented by the client based on walk-through assessments

  • 1x 30-Minute Follow-Up Phone Consult to discuss any additional questions and possible services needed

E-DESIGN PACKAGE

You’re anxious to gain your footing in the short-term-rental (STR) Industry and start claiming its rewards. Problem… you’re either feeling overwhelmed, or indecisive when it comes to creating a unique look for your home. The E-Design Package alleviates that pressure by providing hand-holding help in designing your room(s). 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • An initial 60-minute design consult will result in the creation of a mood board that’s inspired by your goals and vision for your rental.

  • 1 complimentary round of revisions is provided to further perfect your inspiration board

  • A detailed shopping list is compiled of furniture and accessories ready for purchase, or act as a guide for what to look for.

  • User-friendly Installation and layout instructions are also provided so you have me there in spirit to guide you.

  • Additional round(s) of revisions available at an hourly rate.

AND THAT’S IT… just add your own muscle and enthusiasm to the project and your home will be ready to amaze potential and incoming guests, and receive applause from your social media audience!

COST: $500/ROOM
